We do accept registration the during the event, with Debit/Credit/Cash payment only. Onsite lodging is not guaranteed for day-of registration.

Please note that most of our lodging options at the Conference Center require stairs, as this is a historic facility. We do have a limited number of rooms available on the first floor, available for our guests with special needs. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To assist with mobility, we provide a golf cart service, and guests are also welcome to drive their vehicles directly to class locations for added convenience.
Lodging are dorm-like/shared rooms. Private rooms for couples are not guaranteed. We do our best to accomodate partners, however rooming is limited and we have to plan according to the number of attendees. Click Here for more information
Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options on the buffet are available. However NCHA or the venue are not responsible for other dietary needs. You are welcomed to bring your own food and store in the on-site refrigerators in the housing where you stay. Microwaves and refrigerators are available for your use.
When you register there will be a place on the Square form to request any special needs at the time of payment. You may also send an email to president@ncherbassociation.org.
